Optimize some things (enhance user experience):

1. Navigate to the correct location of XenVn's option when searching in APC.
Example quick access link:
admin.php?xv/setting/#xv_image_watermark
-> Automatically navigate to the Smart Image Watermark setting location in XenVn Setting.
admin.php?xv/setting/#Limit
-> Automatically navigate to the Limit tab in XenVn Setting.

2. Remember the value of Up Top, Auto Generate Description Tags option in Update Thread / Resource button.
For example: When you uncheck Up Top this Thread / Auto Generate Description Tags then press Update button for one thread.
Then, when you Update for other threads, it will also automatically uncheck the above 2 values.
Only remember the value in the current session.
